1. Platform Provider Status

Menuvyn provides modern digital software enabling restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and cafés to publish interactive menus and receive customer orders. Menuvyn does not own, prepare, cook, package, inspect, or deliver any food items.

Each restaurant merchant operates independently and assumes sole legal responsibility for their ingredients, kitchen hygiene, cooking standards, and statutory compliance.

2. Allergens & Kitchen Cross-Contamination

While Menuvyn provides tools for restaurants to list ingredients and tag dishes with dietary badges (such as Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal, or Gluten-Free):

• Kitchen environments frequently prepare multiple dishes utilizing shared cooking oils, griddles, prep surfaces, utensils, and fryers.
• Menuvyn cannot and does not guarantee that any dish is completely free from trace allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, gluten, shellfish, or sesame seeds.
• Neither Menuvyn nor the participating restaurant can be held liable for adverse allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed cross-contact or dining guest sensitivities.

3. Dietary Badges & Nutritional Disclaimers

Dietary indicators (e.g., Halal certification marks, Vegan tags, calorie counts, spice levels) are specified voluntarily and directly by the restaurant merchant. Menuvyn does not conduct independent laboratory audits, religious certification inspections, or culinary testing. Guests should consult restaurant personnel for official certification documentation.

4. Raw or Undercooked Foods Notice

Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain pre-existing medical conditions. Guests order such culinary items at their own discretion.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Service Charges

Prices, promotions, government value-added taxes (VAT/SSCL), and discretionary service charges are established by each restaurant merchant. While restaurants strive to keep digital menus up-to-date, occasional price variations or out-of-stock items may occur. The final itemized bill presented at the point of sale by the restaurant shall govern.

6. Technical Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, digital menu access and kitchen order ticket transmissions rely upon mobile telecom connections, venue Wi-Fi networks, and device batteries. Menuvyn is not liable for delayed order dispatch resulting from local network outages or device failure.
