By accessing or using Menuvyn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Menuvyn provides a platform for restaurants and hotels to create and host digital menus accessible via QR codes. The Service is provided free of charge, with no commissions taken on orders or menu views.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. User-Generated Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"), such as your restaurant menus, prices, and item descriptions. You are entirely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of this Content. Menuvyn does not claim ownership over your Content, but you grant us a license to host and display it to your customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To promote illegal activities, violence, or hate speech.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Menuvyn, a Menuvyn employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Menuvyn and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Menuvyn, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
